It’s been a very cold but very exciting week with all things real estate – lots of showings with our buyers, and a photo shoot at our newest listing (It will be on the market as a Coming Soon listing over the weekend! so stay tuned!) and loads of activity with the World Snow Sculpting Championships happening in downtown Stillwater! It has been my honor to be working with the Stillwater Chamber and a very dynamic group of community members to put this event together over the last few months! Show your Minnesotan tenacity, BUNDLE UP and come down and check out the incredible artistry of the carvers, all of the fun including the Closing Ceremoniesand the World’s Coolest Block Party on Saturday AND MinneSnowta Nice Day on Sunday which starts with a Swedish Pancake Breakfast at the Water Street Inn. World Snow Sculpting Championship
January 18 – January 23
Teams from around the world will travel to Stillwater, Minnesota to create amazing snow sculptures while competing for prize money and the title of the World Champion. This will be a judged event and will include social events, activities, ceremonies, the people’s choice award, and will be fun for the whole family.

Thinking about moving to Stillwater, MN? You came to the right place! I’m thrilled to be starting a new series about living in Stillwater and some of the neighborhoods in and around it. We moved our family here 24+ years ago and it was one of the best decisions we could have made! It all started with boating weekends on the river in the summers and then it became crystal clear that this needed to be our home after a Stillwater Trolly ride with our then 3 small children.
