That may sound crazy, but I honestly wish for every person to enjoy the pride and the wealth that homeownership brings over time. There will always be circumstances where renting a home makes sense. But hopefully only short term. 
If you or someone you love is renting and they don’t think they have what it takes to purchase a home, PLEASE put them in touch with us. Although inventory is still low, it really is a good time to purchase – especially for those first timers! There is much more sanity in the marketplace. Yes, rates have doubled (to a much more normal and sustainable place,) but it is important to talk with a lender and discuss the great options buyers have right now.
