The market continues to bump along. We’ve had 4 meetings with sellers this week, so hopefully this is an indication that more listings will be coming to the market across the board. Meanwhile, we were able to secure 2 accepted offers for buyers who were in multiple offer situations. Victory! ? They are super excited about the prospect of moving into 2 pretty gorgeous homes! It helps to work with agents who are primarily listing agents because we are the ones who see offers and know what is working first hand. I am also always asking the lenders we work with what they are seeing on successful offers, too. Experience and expertise matter in this market more than ever. There are a lot of people who have become licensed over the last couple of years and wow, it’s amazing what we are seeing out here in the field.
