Stars, Elves, Pets And Cheer 🐶❄️
? Greetings!
As the holidays approach at a clip a couple of things are very clear: time FLIES, our Minnesota weather is consistently inconsistent, and the market remains HOT.
We’ve been very busy showing homes, writing offers, working with our sellers who are all in various stages of the process, (congrats to our most recent sellers who rocked multiple offers on their home last weekend in Stillwater and got tip top dollar!) and doing all the Christmas preps. I even carved out time this week to make cookies with my grandsons on a rare night with no hockey practice or games or appointments. It was a treasured evening!
I’ve also been very busy working on the steering committee for the World Snow Sculpting Championships being held in Stillwater in January. Make sure to mark your calendars: January 18-23!
