Leslie Vincent live at the Granada!
Leslie Vincent is an actor, singer, and musician who grew up across the East Coast and the United Kingdom. After seeing her first musical in the West End, she fell in love with it all, and begged her parents to put her in any music and theatre class she could find.
Leslie draws inspiration from Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald, Julie London, Melody Gardot, and breathes life into the Great American Songbook. She’s played Crooners Dunsmore Room, Icehouse, the Turf Club, the Troubadour Wine Club, and is a regular at St. Joan of Arc’s yearly cabaret.

LOVE WHAT YOU EAT
Fish Taco Bowls with Sweet & Spicy Slaw
Fish
Grill, broil or fry white fish (i.e. Cod)
Cauliflower Rice
2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt & pepper to taste
Sweet & Spicy Slaw
1 (16 oz) bag of coleslaw mix
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Siracha (less if too hot)
1 tsp lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Fish aioli
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 lime, juiced (use more of less to thin out)
1 jalapeno, minced (include seeds)
1 tsp minced capers
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper (less if too hot)
Serve with slices of avocado and lime. Enjoy!
