THE TEAM IS GROWING! I am so excited to be expanding my team so that we can serve more clients and serve them more effectively. I still remain the Team Lead and Primary Listing Agent but am thrilled to be mentoring Kelly and Abbe to become listing agents, too. For now, with the market the way it is, “all hands on deck!” is our motto! We need to get buyers where they need to be asap and we are well-tooled to do so!

Abbe Marchio is a licensed Realtor and the latest addition to the Anne Anderson Real Estate Group at eXp Realty. She has a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Sustainability from Creighton University. Abbe’s unique background and experience, formerly working with elephants in the wildlife conservation field, called upon her innate sense of compassion and involved constant problem solving and exceptional negotiating skills with the largest animals on land. These skills will transfer beautifully to the real estate environment where no situation or problem will be too large for Abbe to handle.
She believes that how and where we live in the world is essential to a healthy, grounded, and productive life. She is committed to helping all clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their home buying or selling process. Abbe is a proud St. Paul native with an extensive knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. She is excited and passionate to work with our clients to help them realize their real estate goals.
