It may be bitter cold outside, but the real estate market is HOT! The supply and demand issues continue into 2021. We have a surplus of buyers who are wanting to take advantage of the fantastic interest rates and are seriously looking at homes We'd love to have more sellers!
January Market Update
In fact, according to the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR), in the last week of January in 2020, 8,511 homes were available on the market. This year it's 5,056. That's a 40% decrease in available homes! Wow!
