This is the ideal set-up for two groups to own and share, or live in one and rent the other. This has been a short term rental for 34 years but the owners have used it to collect loads of happy memories themselves. Both units have been professionally updated. Furnishings are not included but are negotiable. This is not affiliated with the resort but it’s an easy walk to all Breezy Point Resort amenities: coffee, spa, bar and restaurant.
