Winter continues its grip on us with fresh snow and sub-zero temps, but this inconvenience is nothing compared to what our fellow humans in the Ukraine are facing. They are heavy on my heart as I’m sure they are on yours. I’ve been digging around the internet to find ways to help. It looks like collective prayers are the best thing we can do right now. ?? Please shoot a message back if you know of other events and/or ways we can all assist.

We’ve dug up lots of good things to find some joy this week, so check the list below, and the real estate market continues its path of low inventory. I’ve had a definite uptick in sellers reaching out to me to meet and make plans, however. Good news for all of you who’d like to make a move this year. Interest rates have ticked up a bit, but are still historically low. (See chart below.) You won’t regret securing a home today when you’re sitting in your living room next year when rates will most likely be even higher. Let me know if you’d like to have a chat.
